A new SaaS product was being launched to coach end-users on risky online behaviors in real-time. The project needed a comprehensive library of coaching graphics, each with a specific call to action and localised into 30+ languages to be delivered for the beta launch in just four months.
I worked with the creative content team to deliver a library of over 120 custom graphics on schedule. I enhanced the user experience by redesigning the product's rule detection tags to improve the product's recommendation logic and created a standardised framework for coaching content and calls to action across all graphics. I also worked with internal stakeholders to localise the calls to action in each graphic into over 30 languages for our global customers.
My work began with a deep dive into the business goals and product mechanics. I reviewed and defined the detection rules to fully understand the content scope. I then advocated for a redesign of the product's recommendation logic to ensure customers were given relevant graphics to coach their end users. I also worked with the visual design team to create the library, peer-reviewing each graphic to ensure it was a high-quality, accessible design and relevant for the end-user.
The product launched on time with a robust library of graphics that has become a key pillar of the organisation's product suite. Since its launch, it has received positive feedback from customers, who see it as a valuable tool for improving their end users' cybersecurity knowledge.
